Tasman
Tasman is a web based task manager with excellent support for software project management. Features included personal tasks and bug page, Project Status (estimated completion date), detailed graphical Timeline, calendar for vacation tracking, test case system, bugzilla integration and custom reports, logs, etc.
Tasman was written in C++ using ATL-Server technology and a SQL database.
